Five afternoon sessions on “Christ’s Healing Ministry” on Tuesdays 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th Sept, and 10th Oct., 1.30-4pm, led by Rev. Lorraine Apps-Huggins and Ray Horton. With some quiet reflection and prayer.
We will revisit together the miraculous healings of Jesus and the work and gift of the Holy Spirit, and consider what we can honestly hope for and how we might understand suffering through the light and life of Christ.
Practically, we will think about how we can listen, offer and extend care & well being, and healing to others. We will consider the call of the church to be an agent of love and restoration generously offering healing to the past, the present and the future.
