Dear All,
The poet Gerard Manley Hopkins wrote that all things are charged with God, which gives off sparks that speak of Him. If only we knew how to touch them. Jesus knew the power of that touch and used it to heal so many. This Advent may we be connected to His coming with our eyes, ears but most of all our hearts.
Another year has passed and for many it has been a difficult year at home and across the world, so I wanted in Lorraine’s absence to thank all the team at The Living Well who week in week out seek to help others through their dedication and hard work. The Chaplain and Assistant Chaplains work tirelessly to make TLW the special welcoming place it is and there is also a wider team of wardens, administration, caterers and trustees who give so much. Thank you to each and every one of you.
TLW will be closed from Friday 23rd December 2022 through to Tuesday 2nd Jan 2023.
