Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we declare blessing over The Living Well, to every household in Nonington, and to the land and all that grows in and lives on it.
In Jesus name we bless each home that they may be places of love and safety. That every marriage will be loving, forgiving, merciful and strong; that across the generations there will be peace, love and understanding flowing between each one. We bless those living alone with companionship, warmth, and love.

In the name of Jesus, we bless the health of all who live in the village. In Jesus’ name we resist any sickness or disease that may seek to invade the village. To each person who lives here, walks the land, or passes through we say be well, be strong, be healthy. To any who are sick in body, mind, or spirit we bless you in Jesus’ name with His touch of healing at your point of need.

In the name of Jesus, we bless all friendships and relationships, neighbour to neighbour and those within any networks or societies operating within the village.

In Jesus’ name we bless local businesses and all wholesome enterprise that they may prosper and deliver goods, services and support to all who need them. We speak blessing in Jesus name on all households that they will have a secure income, to have enough to live and enough to give. In Jesus’ name we bless our local government at Parish, District and County levels, to make sound, well-informed decisions relating to governance, social care, and services.

We bless our local farms, allotments, gardens, and all those who manage and work on the land, in Jesus’ name, that the arable crops may yield rich harvests, and that the grazing land may be nutritious and plentiful, so that the livestock that it supports may thrive and multiply.

We bless our Christian community in Jesus’ name, that it may be united in Christ and in His love, effective in its ministry, and that the name of Jesus may be acknowledged, worshipped, uplifted, and glorified. We bless our churches, their ministers and all who serve in them, that Jesus may strengthen and sustain them and fill them with joy.

In Jesus’ name we bless the local school that it may be a secure, safe place for staff and children alike, whilst providing and receiving a sound enriching education. We bless the worship which takes place in school, and for school in church, that a simple trust in Jesus may grow and overflow into the parents and families of those attending the school.

In the name of Jesus, we bless every person who lives or works at The Living Well, or who visits or passes through this community, that the overspill of the blessing of the presence of the kingdom of God might rest upon them. In the name of Jesus, we speak blessing on the house and its grounds that every part may be sanctified and cleansed by the presence of Jesus, that all who enter here may receive healing and wholeness liberally poured in abundance.
